By using apre.in (the “Site”) and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the Site.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full within 7 working days.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

Photographs, designs, and copy on the Site are owned by APRÉ. Please don't copy them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We strive to describe and depict our pieces accurately, but as preloved garments, small variations in colour, finish, and gentle wear are part of their character. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Pune.
